TheraBand® Exercise Tubing is made of natural rubber and is available in several resistance levels. Different resistance levels are determined by the thickness of the band. Its color designates where it fits within Thera-Band’s progressive scale. This comprehensive system provides positive reinforcement and feedback for gauging results.
